This is one of my favorite exercises for endurance athletes of all types. It focuses on developing isolateral leg strength, balance and stability while adding a high intensity element with an increase in velocity.

While facing the TRX anchor point, place the handles in each hand, start in a single leg squat just off to the side and then hop laterally to the other leg. Land softly in a squat and then push off to the other side. Let the back leg swing behind the body just as if you were speedskating. Hopping from side to side, build in speed and distance of the bound but always focus on a soft landing in the single leg squat. Try this exercise for repetitions or for a timed interval.
