The 3rd Annual Race to the Taste 5K and Cupcake Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, June 11. The race will start and end at the Taste of Charlotte Festival along S. Tryon Street. Runners of the 5K will receive an exciting Swag Bag including a cool t-shirt, ticket to a Checkers hockey game, a Super Coin – good for any one food item at Taste of Charlotte , a beer at the after party and more! Runners choosing to take part in the Cupcake Run/Walk will receive cupcakes along the route and can join in the fun during the after party and awards in the Tavern at 10am. Stick around after the race for the Taste of Charlotte Festival with over 30 restaurants and lots for the entire family to do! A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Checkers Charitable Foundation. Swag bags and race bibs can be picked up at a Run for Your Life location of your choice.
