Enjoy a fabulous full-day event and help the Lake Norman Fire Volunteer Department. Whether you run, ride or enjoy the infectious rhythm of headliner Eddie Money or the many other local bands, come out to run and say “thank you” to the firefighters who, on a voluntary basis, work daily to protect residents’ property, homes and lives. Proceeds will go toward the purchase of a new fire truck.

The timed run begins at the beautiful Trump National Charlotte, where you will be welcomed with water and fresh fruit. The race travels down Brawley School Road and concludes at Shoals Grill in the Mayhew Promenade (the intersection of Brawley School and Stutt’s roads). Upon reaching the finish line competitors will be rewarded with a complimentary breakfast buffet courtesy of Shoals Grill and acknowledgment through competition prizes.

But don’t take off your shoes after the race, as the festivities will just be getting started for this all-day event. Gain access to the infectious “rhythm” portion of this exciting day by adding $10 to your race package, which allows you to get shakin’ with several local band talents and Eddie Money at 9 p.m. on the Sellstate Select Stage.

Advance pricing: Adults – $40; Kids – $20. Includes an event T-shirt and breakfast buffet at Shoals Grill.
