Next up in the N.C. USATF Long Distance Championship Series is the Continental Divide Trail Race, the 10k trail championship. Don’t let this picture fool you. While half the course features beautiful wide trails and grassy fields, the other half is single track with lots of rocks and roots and steep climbs. Last year, Molly Nuun (above), of Winston-Salem, finished third on this tough 10k mountain trail race.
