Ramblin' Rose women-only triathlons are designed to celebrate the empowerment of women. In it's third season, the Ramblin' Rose Triathlon Tour will be adding a third venue -- now Winston-Salem and the rest of the Triad in North Carolina will not have far to go to experience the Ramblin' Rose.

These events will sell-out quickly so if you are interested in racing this year make sure to lock in your registration early!

Charitable Benefactors:

All Ramblin' Rose events benefit local Girls of the Run chapters.  The Ramblin' Rose Winston-Salem also benefits the community outreach efforts of the Southeast Gateway YWCA. 

 

Girls on the Run is a non-profit prevention program that encourages preteen
girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running.  Their
curricula address all aspects of girls' development - their physical, emotional,
mental, social, and spiritual well-being.

Description: The host of this event is the brand-new Southeast Gateway YWCA, a truly spectacular facility! The friendly YWCA staff is opening up the entire facility to the Ramblin’ Rose. Locker rooms will be available to participants and spectators.

Description: The Ramblin’ Rose-Triangle is where it all started in 2006! This event is the grand lady of the 2008 Ramblin’ Rose Tour. This event takes place in the beautiful Meadowmont Community which is an interconnected community of private homes, businesses, and conveniently-located retailers and restaurants.
