Meb Keflezighi shocked everyone when he became the oldest Olympic marathon trials champion in U.S. history this past January. On April 21, Keflezighi was the official starter for more than 4,200 runners in Endurance Magazine’s fifth annual Wells Fargo Tar Heel 10 Miler Presented by CEP Compression Sportswear, featuring the Fleet Feet Sports 4+ Mile Run. The event started and finished at UNC’s Kenan Stadium.
