SWIM TIMES
In order to make sure you are seeded correctly in the swim start please take a moment to [log into your profile] and make sure you:
1. Entered your pace 100 yard swim time (and not your total time for the swim portion) 2. You entered it in MM:SS format (minutes:seconds)
A couple hints to guide you with your swim time:
00:50-01:15: Super Fast (in contention to win the race and you swim competitively) 01:16- 01:45: Fast Enough (still starting in the first 1/3 of the event) 01:41-02:00: Average Swimmer (swim well enough and don't need to stop at any point) 02:01-02:30: Novice (still getting used to this thing called triathlon, need to stop occasionally) 02:31 plus: Complete Beginner (I want to start at the back of the pack)
Please note that these are ranges. The best thing for you to do is to time yourself in a pool to get your time.
