I have this and I love it. I can put my phone in there too. I have had a camelback that ends up chafing my back. I also have the pink fuel belt that I bought merely because it was cool but the nathan pack is much more comfortable and holds more water than the pink one, plus, I don't have to tighten it constantly when i lose all that water (in my midsection) while running up to 10 miles on a hot summer morning!
